Our Custom Labeling Service has a small Surcharge of $3.50

All you need do is send in your Order Blank with a 3.5" floppy disk, with the photos you wish to use. Just make a note on the Order Form which picture you want for the Cover and which you wish for the CD-ROM Label and any special custom instructions you have for the Yeoman, and add the Surcharge to the Bottom Line.

If you wish your 3.5" disk or photos returned, please include additional $1.00 postage. They will be returned with your order.
